Complaints about Zerodha increased during year 2017-18 as that was the period of their growth,
As the number of customer increased, so as the complaints. Probably they did not have that bandwidth to address those many customers.
But they could address all the complaints gradually. The data shows they have resolved 100% complaints.

Zerodha Complaints Final Thoughts
Zerodha does not any recommendations and tips for their clients. But customers are not complaining. They are benefited by lowest brokerage charges in India.
Since there is no brokerage for delivery trades, Investors are largely benefited.
But Zerodha can improve and reduce the complaints by concentrating more on customer care.
The platform wise, I could see lot of improvements in last year. There are less number of issue and few number of complaint raised.
However, they are the best option available to traders as on date in India.
